"Picture Your Pet" Photo Contest
Show off your pet in the "Picture Your Pet" photo contest! Entries can be submitted from June 9th to June 30th. A 1st place prize will be awarded! For inquiries, call the library at (217)498-8454.

Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros.
Wednesday, June 18th 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
Challenge your friends to Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. on Wii and play it on the big screen!
Makey Makey
Wednesday, July 2nd 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
Back by popluar demand, the Makey Makey turns everyday objects into a computer keyboard. Turn bananas into piano keys and play-doh into arrow keys to play your favorite computer games.
"Minute to Win It"
Wednesday, July 16th 2:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
Challenges such as "Stack Attack," "Face the Cookie," "Spoon Frog," and more! Fun prizes and food!
Divergent
Wednesday, July 30th 5:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
Based on the popular YA series by Veronica Roth, Divergent is the first in a trilogy of movies to come out. Celebrate its release on DVD by coming to watch the movie! Prize drawings will awarded at this event for teens who have participated in the summer reading program. Popcorn and beverages provided.
