"Paws To Read" this summer at the Rochester Public Library District! Sign-up begins on Tuesday, May 27th for the summer reading program.
Children ages 3-11 will receive a library bag for their books, reading goal sheet, pencil, and bookmark. We ask that your child reads for 30 days this summer. For every five days your child reads, he or she can come to the library to receive a prize. Please return reading
goal sheets by Monday, July 28th for your child to receive a certificate of accomplishment, additional prizes, and an entry for prize drawings at the "Dog Days of Summer" Reading Party on Thursday, July 31st at 2:00 p.m.
Teens (Ages 12-18) are also welcome to sign-up! You will receive a reading goal sheet and a list of teen events at the library this summer. We ask that teens read for 30 days this summer. For every 5 days a teen reads, he or she can come to the library and enter for prize drawings. Prize drawings will be done at the teen party on Wednesday, July 30th from 6:00p.m.-7:30p.m. with "Minute To Win It" games, prizes, and food!
